1. When will I receive my first issue?
Many of Pention's publications are available free to those who meet certain magazine-specific criteria. Because we have a limited number of free subscriptions, you may not receive your first issue for one to two months after you apply.
If you do not qualify for a free subscription, paid subscriptions are available.

2. Why do I have to fill out a new application form just to change my address?
If you change companies or locations, we need to re-verify that your responsibilities at the new location still meet the publisher's requirements for a continued free subscription.

3. Why do I have to fill out a new application form to change the subscriber name or the company name?
The subscriber and company name are part of the qualifying information used to determine free subscriptions. If this data changes, we need to update all of the other information before we can continue you free subscription to the new subscriber or company.

4. When I cancel my subscription, how long is it until I am removed from the mailing list?
Your subscription should stop after one to two issues following your request. Please be sure to include the name of the publication and all the information as it appears of your mailing label.
